My new images have to be seen so with my main website down, I am resorting to blogging until this can be resolved so instead of .com this is .co.uk

This platform gives me a chance to share my new images taken by Matthew Thomas with Gill Alleyne modelling. Taken at Make! whilst we were setting up for the Ron’s Place workshops at the end of March. I will give a tease only as this is the beginning of prepping for a new look for the old website if I can recover it.

I had selected three strong woman to wear my work and Gill was one of those people but not for this particular shoot on that day but when my original model had to take her child to the hospital (we all understood – family is first). Gill stepped in very nervously but Matthew and partner Lorraine and myself made it a calm (but groovy) place to be. I think the results are great. I am looking forward to working with all again and also to my other two models and a different photographer in Hoylake.

A woman of many talents – Gill is a salsa teacher and owner of the amazing Dandelion and Web teaching people to sew and make clothes for all kinds of bodies. Former science teacher who joined one of the creative recycling class with de-junk- re-junk exhibition ten + years ago.
