Working on pieces for Norton Priory and the poster at the moment. Steering me back to bare copper and earthy tones.

The collar is based on the Norman arch with its zig zag detail. The copper wire was donated to me from the convenience shop that is being refurbished near the studio and more of this later as it ties in my work with Ron’s Place and Wirral Arts and Culture Community Land Trust.

Simple and basic in shape, reminiscent of Celtic Torque shapes, which says more about my background than the Priory to be fair.

The exhibition with Review Textile will be the middle of April to middle of May. Poster soon.
