Good to finally say that Wirral MakeFest is part of the Liverpool City Region Borough of Culture & yesterday evening was a great chance to talk with other people & projects from Wirral Council and the community programme.

Strange to be on the other side, when last time would have been working at the event and not part of the invited guests. Last night was about genuine collaboration and many plans will have been hatched -the smiles say it all. The Borough of culture steering committee support the remaining culture team in their plans and very proud to have been part of such an interesting mix of people and organisations.

Thanks to the hosts at the Williamson for a lovely evening.
